Beacon of Hope

Within Beacon of Hope, we offer up to 6 bedrooms for young people, supported 24/7 by our well trained mentors. The accommodation is newly design with modern deco, fixtures and fittings, and was created in mind for this service aims, so is well throughout to be semi independent in style to aid in transitional independent  living skills growth. We aim to provide a warm, welcoming and homely environment so the young people will feel safe and comfortable in their new home to be independent.

Our 24/7 supported semi-independent homes are for young people aged between 16-18 years, offering safe welcoming spaces. We can support a diverse range of complex needs with a bespoke package from low, enhanced to intensive. We recognize the importance of cultural, racial and religious beliefs that play crucial roles in our lives, as well as individual values and self-expression, diverse sexual orientations and gender identities, so we offer a safe space in our homes to support all areas of need

The property is a 6 bedroom home all with ensuite's. We have mentors on site 24 hours a day 7 days a week based in the office for admin duties, key work sessions, who will also be sleeping onsite, rota basis, so someone will be always on hand when needed. The kitchen diner living space has all mod coms, and has a nice modern flow communal space for socializing, and we are soon to add another social space where key work sessions will also take place in an additional room.

The bedrooms are well designed to maximize the space, storage and have a modern stylish welcoming feel. All bedrooms have a small double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, mirror, dressing table/desk, and chair.  For all new young people we provide a welcome to your new home pack to start you on your semi independent journey, so you can enjoy your home and personal space straight away.
