My Future Matters Ltd offers trauma informed Residential care and supported accommodation for children and young people. The companies first Home opened in 2022 called, Beacon of Hope, which offers a trauma informed semi independent home for young people aged between 16-18 years of age. Subsequently My Future Matters Ltd has opened a bespoke home called Eden Place which is a semi independent home and a residential children's home called Sacred Place. All our homes are supported by our well trained consistent mentors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer in all our homes well designed communal spaces, and decorated to a high standard. All homes support young people short-long term until they are ready to transition into independence. We also offer key work sessions to support young people to develop on their independent living skills, so they can have the best skill set to achieve as an adult. The safety of our staff and young people are of the upmost importance, therefore we have good safeguarding policies, procedures, practices and training in place, to improve the safety and well-being for all in our homes. We are passionate about young people and offer great quality interventions/key work sessions and support.

At My Future Matters Ltd, our mission is to improve future outcomes for young people with care experience to receive the best possible support so they can have successful happy futures. We do this by using a trauma informed approach, and support young people with their own achievable target's/goals in independent living skills, careers guidance/support and work on their emotional development to reduce the risk of negative outcomes. We are here to try and combat the risk of young people becoming homeless in their adult years, have difficulties with substances misuse, mental health and be a victim of abuse and or exploitation. We are able to deliver key programs around sex and healthy relationship, substances misuse, offending behaviour, and exploitation to help the young person achieve and be safe, as well as to try to combat adverse outcome, via working with them at their crucial transitional years. We understand that not every individual has the same skill set or support, therefore, a key element of our service is to take an individual approach, matching a young person with a trauma informed mentor to create joint plans and goals to achieve independence.

My Future Matters Ltd is a company with the focus of supporting young people with care experience via a trauma and attachment approach, with an enthesis on relationship-based practice, to promote good engagement for best outcomes. We believe that every individual is unique, and we offer a bespoke range of packages of support from low, enhanced and intensive, taking an individual approach, where the young person's voice is heard, feels valued and makes decisions in their plans, goals and future while at our service, to maximize opportunities for independent growth and responsibility. We are able to support young people with complex diverse needs, for example neurodiversity, mixed genders, mental health diagnosis/conditions and offending behaviour. We are an inclusive service so where possible we will adapt to ensure we are able to meet the needs of the young people we work with while following our matching policies to ensure the safety and successfulness in matching young people within our homes.
